FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What kind of jobs are on BlockJobs?

Hand-curated full-time, contract, and freelance roles at Web3, crypto, DeFi, NFT, AI, and fintech companies. Every listing is reviewed by a recruiter before going live — no scraped jobs, no expired roles, no spam.

Do I need to already work in Web3, AI, or fintech to apply?

No. Many companies value transferable skills from TradFi, fintech, traditional tech, and product roles. Listings clearly state required experience so you can self-assess. We also publish guidance in the blog on what hiring managers actually look for.

Is BlockJobs free for candidates?

Yes — completely free. You create a profile, upload a resume, and apply to roles. We don't sell your data, share your profile with companies you haven't applied to, or charge for anything on the candidate side.

How do I apply to a role?

Every listing has a direct application link — usually the company's LinkedIn job post, their ATS, or their careers page. Click "Apply" on the job detail page and you're sent straight to the hiring team; we don't sit in the middle.

How are listings reviewed?

Every new job is reviewed within 24 hours before going live. We verify the company, confirm the role is real and currently open, and reject anything that's clearly an MLM, scam, or recycled posting. That's why the listing count is smaller than other boards — it's deliberately filtered.

I'm a recruiter or employer — how do I post a role?

Create an employer account, set up your company profile, and post your first role. Pricing for paid placements is coming soon; postings are complimentary while we onboard early employers. You can also invite teammates to post on your behalf.
