Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of core product features from concept to launch, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI.
  • Define and maintain design systems and component libraries used across the product suite.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into intuitive experiences.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and surface insights.
  • Mentor and provide feedback to junior and mid-level designers on the team.
  • Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices across all products.
  • Present design work to stakeholders and senior leadership with clarity and confidence.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and design system tools.
  • Experience designing for complex, data-heavy or technical products.
  • Familiarity with Web3, NFTs, or blockchain products is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can articulate design rationale clearly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
